This spinach dip is perfect for an adult gathering if has a kick to it with the jalapenos and the red wine vinegar gives it a unique flavor!
How to make hot and spicy jalapeño dip
- Preheat: preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Combine: mix together the cream cheese and half and half and then add the red wine vinegar.
- Stir: add the rest of the ingredients and then stir together
- Pour: pour into a 9×9 baking dish
- Bake: bake for 25-30 minutes uncovered

Ingredients
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach (thaw and squeeze out juice)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 cup half & half
- 1 4-ounce can chopped jalapeños
- 1 8-ounce block cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine cream cheese and half & half and mix until smooth. Add the red wine vinegar.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients, and pour into a round casserole dish or a 9×9 pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes uncovered. Serve with tortilla chips.
