Acai Smoothie Bowl and a {GIVEAWAY!}

A few months ago I was approached by Stonyfield Organics to do a collaboration with PrAna. I had just had my baby girl and knew that it would be a chance to give myself a goal of something that I would like to fit in come June when my baby would be 4 months old. I have always loved the quality of their clothing but had never purchased a pair of jeans from them. As a mom of a new baby we all set “jean goals” of pants that we want to fit into when the baby weight starts to come off! So I jumped on this offer and set a goal.

 

Part of achieving a goal to fit into those pants is making healthier food choices. I am always more hungry when I am nursing then when I am pregnant. I don’t know what it is but I just eat way more. So making healthier food choices plays a big part in getting the right kind of calories for me and my baby girl!

 
Stonyfield products have always helped me make healthier food choices by how yummy their products are. I have been loving their whole milk greek yogurts and so does my whole entire family! I mixed their blueberry whole milk Greek yogurt in my acai smoothie bowl and it was the perfect way to start my summer day of swim team and basketball camp!

 

 

 

 
Acai Smoothie Bowl
1 (3.5) package frozen Acai puree
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup spinach
1 (5.3 ounce) container Stonyfield Greek yogurt (I used blueberry)
1/2 cup almond milk
optional toppings:
granola
fresh fruit

shredded unsweetend coconut

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a bowl and top with fruit, granola and the shredded coconut.
