This dish is right up my families alley! My kids are huge steak lovers! All of them! Im not gunna lie sometimes I just say that any type of beef is “steak” just so they will eat it. And it works every time! Along with steak my kids will eat piles of snap peas and edamame.
Sesame Beef and Noodle Stir Fry
1 lb flank steak
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 cup toasted sesame dressing and marinade
1/3 cup apple juice
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon red peper flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper
16 ounces frozen stir fry veggies
2 (7 ounce) packages of Udon Noodles (seasoning sauce packets discarded) -these are found in the refrigerated section at the grocery store
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
In a large ziplock bag combine minced garlic, minced ginger, marinade, apple juice, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Shake really well. Then add the flank steaks. Marinade 1 hour or overnight if possible.
In a skillet cook the steaks. Discard the remaining marinade. Cook steaks for a few minutes on each side. Then remove steaks and place on a plate and let sit for a few minutes while you finish cooking the rest.
Throw in the stir fry vegetables into the remaining steak juices. Cook according to the back of the package. Once they are cooked toss in the udon noodles. Cook for a few minutes. While they are cooking slice up the steak into strips. Once the vegetables and noodles are all combined add in the steaks and mix. Top with sesame seeds and serve!

Instructions
In a bag add the minced garlic, ginger, dressing or marinade, apple juice, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and pepper. Then place the flank steak in the bag. Marinade overnight or at least for 1 hour prior to dinner.
When it is dinner time, grab a skillet and cook the steak. Throw away the marinade. Cook the steaks for only a few minutes on each side and then remove and place on a plate.
Then throw the veggies in and cook in the leftover steak juices. Cook veggies according the directions on back of package. Then add in the Udon noodles. Cook for a few minutes then toss the steak back in. Top with toasted sesame seeds and serve!
