The BEST Buttermilk Pancakes

I have the perfect buttermilk pancake recipe for you. With the perfect thickness as well as the crispy edges on the pancakes!

 The key to the crispy edges on the pancakes are using oil to make your pancakes instead of using butter or cooking spray. The oil will create that edge for you! It will be a game changer! Just try it!

The Best Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup butter,melted
oil
Grab a large bowl and put in the eggs. Then grab an electric hand mixer and beat for 15 seconds. Then add the remaining ingredients (except the oil) and mix together.
Then grab a skillet and brush on some oil then grab an ice cream scoop and make your pancakes.
Serve with Buttermilk Syrup!
