Overnight Crepes

Super Easy blender crepes that can be made the night before and then popped in the fridge so they are ready to pour in the morning!

Overnight Crepes

Ingredients

1 cup cold water

1 cup cold milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

4 eggs

1 1/2 cups flour

4 Tablespoons butter, melted

 

In a blender add water, milk, salt, sugar, and eggs. Blend it up. Then add the flour, and melted butter. Blend for 1 minute.

Then place in the fridge in a tight container or leave it in your blender if you have a tight lid. And refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

In the morning scrape the sides and you are ready to go!

Pour 1/3 cup of the batter into a pan and make your crepes.

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 eggs
