Our family has visited Universal Studios in Florida twice in the past 3 years. We have loved their Harry Potter lands and have loved their butterbeer. My kids couldn’t help but pound the drinks down. So when we got home I figured we had to re-create our own so that they could still enjoy the same treat!
When I saw the Silk caramel creamer at the store I knew that it would take this recipe up a notch. The touch of caramel in the creamer ties all of the flavors together and just finishes it off perfectly! I top mine with whipped cream. But the joy of this treat is that you can make it completely dairy free if you need to with the Silk creamer!
Grab a 16 ounce cup and fill with ice. Place 3 pumps of the caramel syrup. Fill the cup about 1/2 inch from the top. Top with Silk Caramel Creamer. If you don’t need it to be dairy free add some whipped cream on top!
