Oven Baked Tacos
Happy Taco Tuesday!! These oven baked tacos are a new twist on your regular crunchy taco they are baked and they are delicious
I am pretty sure that this is the first time I have shared a taco recipe on Tuesday haha but here it is! A few months ago I did a poll on my Instagram with what everyone’s go-to meals were. About 70% of the people said tacos! And then a few of them said they love making oven baked tacos!
I personally had never made them but ever since then I have made them multiple times! They are way easier then it seems and I think they are a step up from the normal ground beef tacos. Kind of like twice baked potatoes. Baked potatoes are good. But twice baked them and yup…they are better!

Ingredients

Oven Baked Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 package taco shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning
- 1 10 oz can Ro-tel
- 1 14.5 oz can fire roasted corn
- 1 can beans, refried, pinto, or black optional
- cheese
- tomatoes optional
- sour cream optional
- lettuce optional
Instructions
-
In a skillet brown the ground meat. Then add in the onion and cook for a few minutes. Then put in the taco seasoning. Cook until the onions and meat are all cooked.
Then drain the corn and the Ro-tel and add it to the meat mixture.
Then grab a baking dish and line it with taco shells. Fill the bottom of the shells with beans if you want to add them then with some cheese and then top the cheese with some meat. Drain the juices off the meat so that the bottom of the tacos don't get soggy. Then top with more cheese and pop in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Then remove from oven and top with your favorite taco toppings! Then serve

I made these and my family loved them! Thank you for sharing your recipe! I will be making these a lot! SO good!!
