In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Then grab the chicken and season it with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place chicken to skillet and cook 8 minutes on each side.
Then grab a bowl and add the diced tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, and basil and season generously with salt and pepper. Then stir.
Top chicken with bruschetta topping and Parmesan. Then Drizzle with balsamic glaze. I like to serve with garlic bread and top the garlic bread with the leftover toppings!
