Crockpot Butter Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/2 onion, I like to use the frozen diced onions
- 3 T minced garlic
- 1 T ginger
- 1-2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 t red curry paste
- 2 T garam masala
- pinch cayenne
- 1 t tumeric
- pinch of salt
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 14 oz can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 T butter
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients (except the chicken and butter) into a crockpot.
- Whisk together.
- Then add the cubed chicken and stir so that the sauce is all over the chicken.
- Then add the butter to the top of the chicken.
- Then cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Then serve with rice and naan.
