Ingredients
- 6 Chicken Thighs
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup kalamata olives
- 2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup honey
Instructions
- Grab a cast iron skillet and drizzle in some olive oil.
- Then season the chicken thighs on each side with salt and pepper.Sear the chicken on each side for about 2 minutes or until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Then place in the crockpot. Pour over the remaining ingredients.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Then remove from crockpot and top with feta and fresh herbs
