Crockpot Honey Mustard Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4-6 bone in pork chops
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- 1 diced onion
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 T butter
- Rosemary
Instructions
- Grab a skillet and drizzle down some olive oil. Then salt and pepper the pork chops and sear in the pan.
- Then place the pork chops in the crockpot.
- Top with onion, garlic, mustard, honey and butter and rosemary.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Remove rosemary and then serve!
