Crockpot Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Pork Chops are a very easy way to add a variety to your weekly dinner menu! This crockpot pork chop recipe is sure to be one you keep in rotation!

How to make pork chops in the crockpot

  1. Grab a skillet and drizzle down some olive oil. Then salt and pepper the pork chops and sear in the pan.
  2. Then place the pork chops in the crockpot.
  3. Top with onion, garlic, mustard, honey and butter and rosemary.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  5. Remove rosemary and then serve!

How to Make Honey Mustard Pork Chops

ingredients

4-6 bone in pork chops

salt and pepper

olive oil

1 diced onion

1 T minced garlic

1/2 cup dijon mustard

3/4 cup honey

2 T butter

Rosemary

Instructions

Grab a skillet and drizzle down some olive oil. Then salt and pepper the pork chops and sear in the pan.

Then place the pork chops in the crockpot.

Top with onion, garlic, mustard, honey and butter and rosemary.

Cook on low for 6 hours.

Remove rosemary and then serve!
