Ingredients

- Mexican Rice
- Black Beans

- Optional: sour cream, onion, pico, guacamole
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Then grab your tortilla and begin to assemble with the remaining ingredients.
- Then slice the steak after it has rested and put in some slices. Then roll up tight!
- Heat a large non stick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat the top and bottom of the burritos with the nonstick cooking spray. Place burritos in the skillet, seam side down.
- Cook for about 1 minute or until lightly browned and crisp. Turn the burritos over and cook another minute until golden brown.

2 lbs carne asada steak meat
3/4 cup orange juice
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lime
4 Tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon canned chipotle adobo peppers
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 Tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 Tablespoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cilantro
1 jalapeño seeded and diced
1/2 cup olive oil

Steps to Make a Loaded Carne Asada Burrito

marinade ingredients
- 2 lbs carne asada steak meat

Grab a bowl and place the carne Asada in the bowl. Then dump all the remaining marinade ingredients on top of the steak. Then mix together and then let marinade in the fridge for a few hours.
Grill up the steak in the grill, stove top, in a cast iron skillet or however you want to cook your steak
Authentic Mexican Rice
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups white rice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 2 chicken boullion cubes
- 1 carrot, diced, optional
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, optional
- 3 1/4 cups water
Instructions
Then add tomato sauce, garlic, and onion to the rice. Stir. Add the bullion cubes, salt, carrots, peas, and water.
Cook until bullion cubes are completely dissolved. Then bring to a boil, then cover, reduce heat to low and cook for about 20 minutes or until the water is completely absorbed. Remove from heat and allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Burrito Instructions
Cook up your steak, Mexican rice, I also like to get a can of black beans and heat them up over the stovetop
