How to make Bacon Wrapped Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs

  1. Soak the skewers in water while you prep the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Cut chicken into cubes and then wrap a small piece of bacon around the chicken and then place on skewers.
  3. Take the pineapple, onions, and bell peppers and alternate adding chicken in-between.
  4. Then place in a baking dish and pour the teriyaki sauce on top and then let marinate in the fridge.
  5. When you are ready to cook toss on the grill and cook until the chicken is cooked all the way through. You can brush the remaining marinade on top while you cook it if you would like! Then serve.

Bacon Wrapped Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs

ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/4 lb bacon, cut into thirds
  • fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cored and cut into small squares
  • 1/2 red onion, cut into large slices
  • 1 bottle teriyaki sauce (Trader Joe’s Soyaki is my favorite)
  • Skewers

Instructions

Soak the skewers in water while you prep the rest of the ingredients.

Cut chicken into cubes and then wrap a small piece of bacon around the chicken and then place on skewers.

Take the pineapple, onions, and bell peppers and alternate adding chicken in-between.

Then place in a baking dish and pour the teriyaki sauce on top and then let marinate in the fridge.

When you are ready to cook toss on the grill and cook until the chicken is cooked all the way through. You can brush the remaining marinade on top while you cook it if you would like! Then serve.
