Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 7 oz ham sliced
  • 8 oz cheese cubes jack and/or cheddar
  • 1 cup milk in a bowl
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs on a plate
  • salt and pepper
  • toothpicks

Sauce

  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 22.6 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 lb jack cheese
  • 1/2 soup can milk
  • 3 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Pound chicken breasts to flatten. Place 2 slices of ham and 3 cubes of cheese. Roll up. Dip in milk and roll in bread crumbs and pepper. Insert toothpick to keep rolled together. Place in a pan, cover with foil, and bake for 45-60 minutes.

  1. Melt together over medium heat (except for the sour cream) on the stove until everything is mixed and melted together. Then add the sour cream
