Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb tri color pasta cooked al dente
  • cucumber peeled and sliced
  • grape tomatoes
  • brocolli cut into small pieces
  • bell peppers thinly sliced
  • spinach
  • purple onion thinly sliced
  • whole black olives drained
  • 1 16 oz bottle Newman's Own Italian Dressing
  • garlic salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to the back of the back and rinse and drain under cold water. Place in a very large bowl and add all your toppings, cucumbers, tomatoes  broccoli, peppers, spinach, purple onion, black olives and whatever else you may like! Then dump in a bottle of Paul Newman's Italian dressing and marinade all ingredients together. Add garlic salt if you would like. Marinade throughout the day or as long as possible! Store in the fridge in a covered or airtight container.
