Juicy Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops bone in
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 heaping Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients (except the pork chops) in a bowl and whisk until well combined to create the marinade. Grab the pork chops and place in a ziplock bag. Then pour the marinade over the pork chops. Marinade for 1-2 hours. The longer the better! Then turn on the grill and heat it up for a few minutes then toss the pork chops on. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side on medium. (This time with depend on how hot your grill gets so just watch them) You want them cooked but still be able to see a tiny bit of pink in the center. The meat will be at about 140 degrees. Place on plate and let rest for a few minutes and then serve up!
