Sheet Pan Balsamic Chicken with Bacon and Brussel Sprouts

Servings 6 people


  • 4 large chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 4 slices bacon diced
  • 1 lb brussel sprouts cut in half
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 2 gala apples sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Then grab a cookie sheet. Spray with cooking spray. Then arrange the chicken in a single layer on the baking sheet. Then arrange the bacon in between the chicken. Then the Brussel sprouts. Then sprinkle the pecans all over the cookie sheet. Arrange the apple slices on top of everything. Then season very well with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over everything and toss. Then finish with drizzling the balsamic vinegar all over. The 1/2 cup will give it a light balsamic flavor. If you love balsamic you can toss the chicken in it before placing it on the cookie sheet. Then drizzle another 1/2 cup like it states in the directions.
