Fried Rice

  • 4 cups rice prepared
  • 2 Tbs sesame oil
  • 1 Tbs minced garlic
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen vegetable medley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce


  1. In a skillet drizzle in sesame oil. Then add in the minced garlic and begin to sauté. Then add in onions and frozen vegetables. Cook for 3 minutes. Then press the vegetables to the side of the pan and then crack in the eggs. Cook the eggs and scramble them. Once the eggs are cooked mix them together with the cooked vegetables. Then add in the cooked rice. Mix well and stir to combined. Then pour in the soy sauce and mix well! Then Serve!
