Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Texas toast, Italian or sourdough bread sliced
  • mayo
  • cream cheese softened
  • havarti sliced
  • provolone sliced

Instructions

  1. Take the bread and spread mayo on the outside. Then place in a skillet mayo side down. Then spread on the cream cheese, havarti, and provolone. Then top with another sliced of bread and spread on some mayo. Cook for a few minutes on each side or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted. 

    If the bread is toasted but the cheese has not melted remove it from the heat and pop it in the oven at 325 degrees F until cheese is melted. Then serve immediately.
