Oven Baked Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 package taco shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1/2 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 10 oz can Ro-tel
  • 1 14.5 oz can fire roasted corn
  • 1 can beans, refried, pinto, or black optional
  • cheese
  • tomatoes optional
  • sour cream optional
  • lettuce optional

Instructions

  1. In a skillet brown the ground meat. Then add in the onion and cook for a few minutes. Then put in the taco seasoning. Cook until the onions and meat are all cooked.

    Then drain the corn and the Ro-tel and add it to the meat mixture.

    Then grab a baking dish and line it with taco shells. Fill the bottom of the shells with beans if you want to add them then with some cheese and then top the cheese with some meat. Drain the juices off the meat so that the bottom of the tacos don't get soggy. Then top with more cheese and pop in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. 

    Then remove from oven and top with your favorite taco toppings! Then serve
