Chicken Chalupas

  • 6-8 chicken breasts boiled, diced or shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 2.25 oz can diced olives
  • 1 4 oz can green chiles
  • 1 14.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 dozen flour tortillas
  • shredded cheese


  1. Boil and dice the chicken and set aside. In a saucepan heat the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, green chilies, and black olives. When heated completely add cooked chicken. Fill the small tortillas with chicken mixture and add grated cheese. Roll and place in pan. Continue to fill pan. Leave enough chicken mixture to spread over top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
