Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Grab a large bowl and put in the eggs. Then grab an electric hand mixer and beat for 15 seconds. Then add the remaining ingredients (except the oil) and mix together. 

    Then grab a skillet and brush on some oil then grab an ice cream scoop and make your pancakes. 

    Serve with Buttermilk Syrup!
