Lemon Curd Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 large salmon filet
  • 1 20 ounce jar lemon curd
  • 1/4 cup butter sliced
  • 2 lemons sliced
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grab the salmon filet and place in a baking dish or a cookie sheet if you salmon is really long. Take the salt and pepper and season it. Then take the jar of lemon curd and spread on about half of it. Or until the salmon is covered. Then place the butter slices on top of the salmon. Then top with lemon slices. Take the other lemon and squeeze the juice on top of the lemon. Pop in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Or until the salmon is done. This time depends on how thick your salmon is. If you have a more flat salmon it will be closer to 15 if it is thick it will be closer to 20 minutes. So keep an eye on it. Once salmon is done. Remove from oven and spread more lemon curd on top!
