White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

  • 4 14.5 oz cans white beans drained
  • 2 14.5 oz cans white corn drained
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 4 oz can diced green chilies
  • 2 chicken bouillion cubes
  • 2 medium onions chopped
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 t cayenne
  • 4 cups chicken breasts shredded
  • 24 oz sour cream

Instructions

  1. Combine broth and cubes. Add all spices. Simmer for a few minutes. Add green chilis, corn, chicken, beans, and onions. Cook for 15 minutes. Add sour cream and stir. Cook for another 5 minutes.
