Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 32 oz Hash browns semi thawed
  • 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 1/2 cup breakfast sausage cooked
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 oz diced green chiles
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 1/2 cup jack cheese grated
  • 1 cup evaportated milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 425 degrees f. Press hash browns into prepared pan. Pour melted butter over the top of hash browns. Bake for 30 minutes or until has browns are golden. Take out and sprinkle alternately sausage and cheeses. Beat eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour over meat and cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 mins.
