Oven Baked Chicken tacos

Delicious oven baked crunchy tacos stuffed with chicken, cheese, and your favorite Mexican food toppings.

Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 box hard taco shells
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
  • sour cream optional
  • lettuce optional
  • tomatoes optional
  • avocado optional
  • cilantro optional

Instructions

  1. Grab a crockpot and place the chicken breasts inside. Then top with the salsa. Cook on low for 6 hours. Then shred chicken

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

  3. Then grab a 9x13 inch pan and arrange taco shells standing up and then stuff with the salsa chicken mixture. Then top with cheese and bake for 10 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and top with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro or whatever toppings you like! Then serve.
