Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 lb bag of red potatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Grab your potatoes and cut them in half. Then grab your crockpot and place the potatoes right in there. Thats it! Turn it on low for 6-8 hours. 

    Once the time is up and the potatoes are soft grab your butter, cream cheese and sour cream and toss in. Then take your hand mixer and smash potatoes down a little then give it a mix. Don't over-mix or the potatoes will become gummy. Season with salt and pepper, more butter if you would like and serve!
