Biscuits Egg in a Hole

How to make Biscuits Egg in a Hole

  1. To make egg in a hole, start by grabbing a sheet pan spray with cooking spay and then open up the refrigerated biscuits ( if they are smaller biscuits combine 2 of them to make bigger biscuits) then brush the tops of the biscuits with heavy cream and then sprinkle on the cheese and green onions. Then press the cheese and onions into the biscuits dough to make them a little flatter
  2. Then grab a circle cookie cutter or small jar and cut a hole in the center.
  3. Take the small circles (that should be covered with cheese and green onions and set on the cookie sheet to bake.  Make sure the biscuits are arranged on the cookie sheet not touching, ready for baking. And then with the pieces that are donut shaped (with the holes cut out) grab a piece of ham and place it into the hole creating a bowl like shape to hold the egg.
  4. Then crack an egg gently in the hole and then sprinkle paprika onto the egg.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until the biscuit is cooked and flaky and golden. Then serve.
