Viral Trader Joe’s Red Curry Dumplings
These viral Trader Joe’s dumplings are baked in a creamy coconut red curry sauce with garlic, ginger, honey, and sesame oil. The dumplings soak up the rich sauce and are finished with sesame seeds and fresh herbs for the perfect quick dinner.

Baked Dumplings
Ingredients

1½ bags Trader Joe’s frozen potstickers (any variety)

¾ bottle Trader Joe’s Thai Red Curry Sauce
- 3 T soy sauce
-
1 (13.5 oz) can coconut milk
-
2 tablespoons sesame oil
-
1 teaspoon ground ginger
-
2 tablespoons minced garlic
-
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
-
3 tablespoons honey
Optional toppings
-
Sesame seeds
-
Fresh cilantro or green onions
-
Chili crisp or chili oil
Instructions
Make the curry sauce
In a 9×13 pan add:

red curry sauce
-
coconut milk
- soy sauce
-
sesame oil
-
garlic
-
ginger
-
rice vinegar
-
honey
Stir until smooth
Add dumplings (still frozen)
Place the potstickers into the sauce and gently toss to coat.
Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Then uncover and cook for another 5-10 minutes (the sauce should be bubbly)
Remove from oven
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, cilantro, or green onions and drizzle with chili oil if you like extra heat.
Tips
- Add broccoli, snap peas, or bok choy to make it a full meal.

If the sauce gets too thick, add a splash of water or chicken broth.
