How to make the perfect greek salad
- Grab a ziplock bag or a bowl and place in the chicken breasts. Then dump about half of the greek salad dressing onto the chicken breasts and let marinade for at least 30 minutes but the longer the better.
- Then once the chicken has marinated grill the chicken. Once it is cooked all the way through (reading 165 degrees F ) remove the chicken and let rest.
- While chicken is resting prep the rest of the ingredients and then grab a salad bowl or individual plates and begin to assemble. Romaine on bottom, then top with tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, parsley, sweet peppers, chick peas, etc. Then sprinkle with feta cheese and top with grilled chicken. Top with remaining Greek salad dressing and then serve.

Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 bottle greek salad dressing
- Romaine lettuce, chopped
- Grape tomatoes
- English Cucumbers, sliced
- 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
- Kalamata Olives, sliced
- Parsley, Chopped
- Small Sweet Peppers, De-seeded and sliced
- 1 14.5 oz can Chick Peas, Drained and rinsed
- Feta cheese
