Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Crepes

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Crepes

I love fall time mostly for the food pumpkin in particular. Lets be honest fall time in Arizona is still in the 90’s so the weather is not the highlight of the time of the year! So thank goodness for pumpkin and fall flavors! When thinking of which recipe I would create as part of the Krusteaz Baker’s Dozen I couldn’t help but lean towards their pumpkin spice pumpkin pancake mix I have only made the pancakes before and have been wanting to mix things up! And one of the easiest ways to mix things up with their pancake mix is …

Chocolate Hazelnut Chocmeister Frozen Bananas

It has been over a month that my kids out been off for summer break. It has been a mad house of camps, activities, trips, and having more than my own kids in my house. I don’t know about your kids but mine seem to always been hungry and always are bored. I have tried to get them all more involved in the kitchen this summer. My oldest son is obsessed with chocolate hazelnut spreads. He grabs a spoon and digs right in! So when I got a package from Peanut Butter & Co he was all excited. Peanut Butter …

Chocolate Covered Strawberries Protein Shake

School has been out for 2 weeks for my kids. Luckily the temperatures have been pretty good and by pretty good I mean in the 90’s! Arizona weather can get in the 100’s in May. So for it being the end of May it has been gorgeous! The summer activities are in full swing. My sons are both in swim team which is early in the morning. Followed by that is basketball camp and then usually more swimming and activities! Lazy summer mornings aren’t a thing in our house right now. I am hoping that kicks in soon but for …

White Chocolate Reese’s Cookies

White Chocolate Reese’s Cookies

My husband always gets excited when he sees me in the kitchen making cookies. Then after they are done he always says “what happened to just making normal chocolate chip cookies” haha I obviously have a problem with making just normal cookies. Maybe it is because I am not a huge milk chocolate person. White chocolate on the other hand is right up my alley. Throw in some peanut butter and you have yourself one delicious cookie!  White Chocolate Reese’s Cookies 3/4 cup unsalted butter softened 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup sugar 1 egg 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 …

Chocolate Chunk Peppermint Pie

Chocolate Chunk Peppermint Pie

I obviously have a hard time letting pie go after Thanksgiving. But as much as I enjoy a good slice of pie I enjoy a good slice of freezer pie even more. My kids feel the exact same way! I also love pairing a good freezer pie with a yummy cookie crust. And nothing pairs better in my mind than chocolate and peppermint to celebrate the winter holidays! I let my son be the first taste tester of this pie and he said it was the better after school snack ever! And is now going to be a staple at …

Chocolate Halloween Bats

Chocolate Halloween Bats

The other night my family had our annual pumpkin carving night. Our 3 children get to pick out their own pumpkin and then they pick out the design that they want to go on the pumpkin. I will be the first to admit that I am not the best pumpkin carver. I don’t think I am patient enough haha. So I like to stick to the treat making! This year I made 4 different treats and this one was my kids favorite by far. They were gone first. I am not sure if it is because all the ingredients are …
