So for it being the end of May it has been gorgeous! The summer activities are in full swing. My sons are both in swim team which is early in the morning. Followed by that is basketball camp and then usually more swimming and activities! Lazy summer mornings aren’t a thing in our house right now. I am hoping that kicks in soon but for …

White Chocolate Reese’s Cookies

My husband always gets excited when he sees me in the kitchen making cookies. Then after they are done he always says “what happened to just making normal chocolate chip cookies” haha I obviously have a problem with making just normal cookies. Maybe it is because I am not a huge milk chocolate person. White chocolate on the other hand is right up my alley. Throw in some peanut butter and you have yourself one delicious cookie!  White Chocolate Reese’s Cookies 3/4 cup unsalted butter softened 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup sugar 1 egg 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 …

Chocolate Halloween Bats

The other night my family had our annual pumpkin carving night. Our 3 children get to pick out their own pumpkin and then they pick out the design that they want to go on the pumpkin. I will be the first to admit that I am not the best pumpkin carver. I don’t think I am patient enough haha. So I like to stick to the treat making! This year I made 4 different treats and this one was my kids favorite by far. They were gone first. I am not sure if it is because all the ingredients are …
