Tik tok quesadillas

Viral Tik Tok quesadilla are all the craze! So versatile and can be stuffed with so many different things!

We have had these for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stuff them with whatever you have on hand or whatever you like. Fold on up and serve! 

Tik Tok Quesadillas

ingredients

Burrito size tortillas

Ground beef, cooked

Refried beans

Shredded cheese

Guacamole

Instructions

Goal is to create 4 quadrants 

Take a tortilla and cut down  the center

Then separate the tortilla by spreading the ground beef on 1/4th of it, beans in a 1/4th of it and then the cheese in a 1/4th of It and lastly the guacamole in the other 1/4th.

Fold each section into each other to create a triangle shape

In a medium skillet spray with non cook spray then place the tortilla triangle seam side down first and then flip and cook on each side until golden brown. 

Then repeat until all tortillas are gone. Serve with hot sauce and sour cream or whatever toppings you want to add like lettuce, tomato, pico, salsa, etc.
