Not Your Average Tortellini Antipasto Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 20 ounces cheese tortellini
- water
- olive oil
- 1/2 (9.5 oz) container of Kalamata olives, drained
- 18 oz cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 cup pepperonis, cut into small squares
- 1 cup salami, cut into small squares
- 1 cup provolone cheese, cut into small squares
- 1 container of roasted red peppers, cut into strips
- 1/4th small red onion, thinly sliced
- 8 oz mozzarella pearls
- few pieces of fresh basil, sliced into thin strips
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Then drizzle the dressing ingredients into the pasta salad
- Mix Well
- Then enjoy!
Notes
Dressing Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoon oregano
- Salt and Pepper

Here is the best pasta salad recipe that is sure to be a hit for any occasion! It is not your average pasta salad recipe but so much more! Made with a simple, yet delicious red wine dressing. This recipe is made with some of my favorite ingredients and is a must try!
How to make antipasto pasta salad
- Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix well.

dressing ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
2 Tablespoon oregano

Then drizzle the dressing ingredients into the pasta salad (you can make the dressing then add or just add in each ingredient, but make sure if you add one at a time to mix well)
