How to Make a Bruschetta Board
Learning how to make a bruschetta board is super easy! Making bruschetta boards is one of my favorite appetizers because it is such a crowd pleaser. When I made these this week my kids all tried them and were introduced to new ingredients – they even found ones they liked! My older kids had friends over and they all enjoyed these so much I didn’t even get to have any for myself.
These are also a favorite for date night in after the kids go to bed! Highly recommend that when you can’t find a sitter!
How to make a bruschetta board at home
- Grab the baguettes and slice them into 1/2 inch pieces.
- Turn the oven on to broil and toast for a few minutes until lightly brown
- Then for the first bruschetta top with sliced steak, then in a bowl mix together diced tomatoes, thinly sliced fresh basil, and season with garlic salt and pepper. Then top with bread and steak with the diced tomato mixture
- For the next bruschetta add a slice of fresh mozzarella, a basil leave, and a slice of tomato. Season the tomato with salt and pepper and then drizzle them with balsamic glaze.
- For the last one spread fig jam on the bread. Then top with prosciutto and then top with a slice of apple.
