Carne Asada Nachos

Carne Asada Nachos Recipe

Carne Asada Nachos are my guilty pleasure! I love to make carne asada earlier in the week and then use a portion of it to make these amazing nachos! My family devours them and always asks to make them because they are truly that good! There is a method to my madness when making nachos – I’m so excited to share this recipe with you!

Question: What do you put on your nachos? Let me know!

How to make Carne Asada Nachos

  1. In a bowl add the carne asada meat. Then place in all the remaining ingredients. Mix it all together well. Massage the meat with your hands so that the marinade gets deeper into the meat. Then cover and let marinade for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Next, you can either put the meat in a crockpot to cook or place meat in a cast iron skillet and cook. Let the meat rest for 15 minutes. Lastly chop into smaller pieces of meat.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl add the beans, sour cream and cheese and mix together. Then in 30 minutes increments heat up the beans until all ingredients are combined and smooth.
  4. On a sheet pan put the chips down on the bottom. Then add the cooked carne Asada meat, then spoonfuls of the beans, drizzle with quest dip and then sprinkle of cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
