Chicken, Mozzarella and Prosciutto Bundles
How to make Chicken, Mozzarella and Prosciutto Bundles
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Take the chicken and trim off the excess fat. Then take the chicken breast and cut it in half to make it thinner and then cut it into 2 strips.
- Then grab 2 bowls or shallow baking dishes. In one add the bread crumbs and the parmesan cheese. In the other one add the olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
- Then grab the thin chicken strips and season with salt and pepper.
- Then add the small piece of fresh mozzarella as well as a slice of prosciutto.
- Then roll and secure with a toothpick
- Next dip the roll chicken carefully in the olive oil mixture and then in the breadcrumb mixture and then place in a baking dish. Repeat steps until all the chicken is done.
- Then place the baking dish in the oven and cook for 25 minutes or until the chicken is done. Then serve

{MUST TRY!} These Chicken, Mozzarella and Prosciutto Bundles are first rolled in breadcrumbs w fresh lemon juice and seasonings and the baked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- fresh mozzarella, sliced and then cut in half
- proscuitto
- toothpicks
