How to make a Basil Prosciutto Grilled Cheese
- Take a loaf of bread and slice it into 1 inch slices.
- Heat up a skillet or panini maker.
- Take one side of the bread and spread mayo and then on the other side spread the garlic mayo.
- Place mayo side down on the skillet. Then place 2 slices of provolone cheese on top of the garlic butter. Then add a few slices of prosciutto followed by the basil leaves.
- Take another slice of the bread and do mayo on one side and the garlic butter on the other side. Then top the sandwich with the mayo on top and then flip the sandwich over, mayo side down.
- Crisp it up on both sides and if the cheese isn’t melted pop it in the oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
