How to make Crockpot Chicken and Rice
- Grab a crockpot and place the broccoli in the bottom of of it. Then top with the chicken. Followed by all the remaining ingredients (except the rice)
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- Then 10 minutes before you are going to eat remove the chicken and add the rice. Let cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add the chicken back in and serve!

- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 T dried minced onion
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom
- 8 oz Velveeta, cut into cubes
- 1 1/2 cup minute rice
Instructions
