Lemon Bowtie Pasta
Here are the simple steps to make this yummy cream lemon pasta
- Grab a pot of water with a pinch of salt and begin to cook the bowtie pasta.
- Then in a small sauce pan, turn on the stovetop to medium heat and add the butter and melt. Then add the heavy cream. Just before It begins to boil add the lemon juice.
- Turn it to medium low then add the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Whisking every few minutes. It will begin to thicken.
- Once the bowtie pasta is done cooking rinse with cold water and season with a little olive oil and garlic salt.
- Then grab the lemon cream sauce and pour over the bowtie pasta.
- Garnish with more shaved parmesan cheese and lemon zest if you would like!
