Roasted Maple Brussel Sprouts, Bacon and Squash
Looking for the yummiest roasted Brussel sprout recipe? This Maple Brussel sprouts with bacon, squash, and pecans is AMAZING! This recipe is my favorite one out there! You will love it!

Here are the easy steps for these Roasted Brussel Sprouts:
- Line cookie sheet with foil. Then drizzle some olive oil down.
- Trim and slice the Brussel sprouts in half and then place on cookie sheet.
- Layer the cubes squash and then sprinkle on the pecan halves.
- Grab some bacon slices and cut them into small pieces and then place over the veggies and nuts.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle some olive oil over everything and then drizzle some maple syrup.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Then remove from oven and drizzle on a little maple syrup and then serve!

- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb brussel sprouts
- 16 oz cubed butternut squash
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 4 slices of bacon
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons Maple syrup + 2 more Tablespoons
Instructions
