Overnight Crockpot 3 ingredient Kalua Pork
Kalua pork in the slow cooker is the easiest way to make this dish! It does take 20 hours to cook but it very simple and very worth it! You just need to plan a head a little!
This can be eaten straight up or can be put in taco shells, on a roll, or with rice. Whichever you prefer!

Ingredients
- 6-8 lb pork butt roast
- 2 Tablespoons liquid smoke
- Salt
Instructions
- Grab a crockpot and place a pork butt roast in it. Then rub the liquid smoke all over. Then season with salt and cook on low for 20 hours.
- Then once it is done remove from crockpot pot and it should shred very very easily.
- Then you can put the meat back in the juice or just use the juice to slightly moisten it by adding a little bit of it to the meat! Whatever you prefer.
