Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls Recipe
Egg Rolls right at home! It can be done in minutes and you know exactly what is in them!
Oven Baked Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 red onion, diced thinly
- 1 red bell pepper, diced into small cubes
- 1 green bell pepper, diced into small cubes
- 1 jalepano, diced
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 lb roast beef, thinly diced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1 egg
- 1 T milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a skillet add butter. Then add the onions and bell peppers. Sautés for 3-5 minutes.
- Then add the minced garlic and saute for another minute.
- Then add the diced roast beef. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add in the cheese and gently mix together.
- Grab the won ton wrappers and fill them with the roast beef filling. Draining as much liquid as possible before filling.
- Wrap tight trying not to bunch up the won ton wrapper. The place on a baking sheet seem side down.
- In a small bowl whisk together the egg and milk to create an egg wash.
- Then brush the egg wash all over the won ton wrappers
- Then bake for 20-25 minutes.

** If you think fried egg rolls then after you bake them you can pop them in some oil and fry for a few seconds**
