Thick and Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Here is a recipe for the perfect chocolate chip cookies. Thick and gooey in the center!

How to make Thick and Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Cream together butter and sugars. Beat until light and fluffy. Then add in the egg and vanilla. Beat and then scrap the sides of the bowl.
  2. Then add in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Mix together well.
  3. Then add in the chocolate chips and gently mix.
  4. Then bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until barely golden brown along the edges but the tops not lightly brown.
  5. Let cool on a wire rack.

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup sugar

1 egg

2 t vanilla

2 cups flour

2 t cornstarch

1 t baking soda

1/2 t salt

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Then add in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Mix together well.

Then add in the chocolate chips and gently mix.
