Christmas M&M Cookies Recipe

This is my go-to Christmas cookie recipe because it is so easy that anyone can make them! These M&M cookies are also extremely fast to make and perfect for last minute party prep!

How to Make Chocolate M&M Cookies

Christmas M&M Cookies

Christmas M&M Cookies
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips chips
  • 1/2 cup red and green M&M's

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cream butter and sugars together.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla and blend it.
  4. Mix in flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Stir white chocolate chips. Then the chocolate chips and M&M's.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until barely golden brown around the edges.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire cooling rack. Then serve.
