How to make Healthy Low Carb Sheet Pan Fajitas

  1. Grab a sheet pan and line or spray then arrange the chicken strips and vegetables.
  2. Then drizzle everything lightly with olive oil. Then take the seasonings and season. Mix all together well and then spread out evenly.
  3. Pop in an oven preheated to 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
  4. Then serve with tortillas, cilantro, sour cream, cheese, guacamole or whatever you would like!

bell peppers, cut into strips

onions, cut into strips

1 T chili powder

1 T cumin

1/2 t coriander

1 t smoked paprika

salt and pepper

cilantro, optional

lime, optional

sour cream, optional
