FAQs About This Recipe:

What kind of chicken do you use?

I prefer to use a rotisserie chicken if I have one! Otherwise I’ll pop in a few breasts into my slow cooker or instant pot! I like to have shredded chicken on hand for other recipes as well.

Are the mandarin oranges fresh?

While you can certainly use fresh oranges – this one is from a can! They have great flavor and for an easy recipe, I’m fine with preserved oranges!

Do the sesame seeds make a difference?

100%!! I know you may be tempted to leave them out but trust me, you’ll love it!!

What sesame dressing do you like?

I’ve been working on my own but there is a Panera brand at my local grocery store that is pretty good as well!
