Spinach Salad Recipe

Spinach Salad

Spinach salad with candied pecans, hard boiled eggs, feta cheese, onion, apple, mushrooms, and bacon. Topped with a delicious honey dijon vinaigrette. Need I say more?

There are 2 types of spinach salads (in my opinion) ones with berries and poppyseed, and then there is this kind! Its a little more hardy then the berry salad and boy is it YUMMY!

Spinach salad is perfect for the spring time because it is so refreshing and unique. This is one of my absolute favorite salads and it is actually very simple to make with not a ton of ingredients involved. Although there are many different versions of a spinach salad this one has got to be the best one yet! This recipe is perfect to bring over to your friends house or even to serve with a yummy dinner. Trust me when I say that everyone is always asking me for this salad recipe and it is definitely a crowd pleaser.
