The BEST Slow Cooker Chicken Marsala
The other day I did a series of Instagram stories showing how to make a”fancy” meal a weeknight crockpot meal. I did this chicken marsala and crockpot mashed potatoes side by side. My family all loved both recipes and I have had way too many messages asking when I was going to post the recipe for them so the day has finally come!
Here is a Step by Step of what exactly I did along with the recipe
Take a crockpot and add some chicken ( I only had frozen this day but have used fresh chicken breasts as well)
Add in some garlic
Grab some mushrooms
Top the chicken with the mushrooms
Take this
Marsala sauce from Trader joes and top mushrooms with the sauce
