Blueberry Croissant Bake

Blueberry Croissant Bake

Ingredients

  • 10 oz container of croissants
  • 16 ounces blueberries
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup milk or half and half
  • optional toppings
  • powdered sugar
  • lemon zest

Instructions

    1. Grab the croissants and cut into small squares. Then grab a 9x13 inch baking dish and spray with cooking spray. Then arrange the croissant pieces in the bottom of the baking dish.
    2. Then sprinkle with blueberries evenly all over the croissants.
    3. Then grab a bowl and with an electric hand mix mix together the remaining ingredients until smooth. Then pour mixture over the croissants and blueberries evenly.
    4. Let sit for 20 minutes while the oven preheats to 350 degrees.
    5. Then place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on the top!
    6. Serve with powdered sugar, lemon zest, whipped cream, more berries or whatever you like on top!

Notes

This recipe calls for lemon zest! I have a full tutorial on how to zest a lemon here!

Steps to make a blueberry croissant bake

  1. Grab the croissants and cut into small squares. Then grab a 9×13 inch baking dish and spray with cooking spray. Then arrange the croissant pieces in the bottom of the baking dish.
  2. Then sprinkle with blueberries evenly all over the croissants.
  3. Then grab a bowl and with an electric hand mix mix together the remaining ingredients until smooth. Then pour mixture over the croissants and blueberries evenly.
