Tips and FAQ’s
When mixing the brownie batter, avoid overmixing. Overmixing can result in a tougher texture, so just mix until the ingredients are combined.
When placing Reese’s cups into the brownie batter, make sure they’re evenly distributed, and press them slightly into the batter. This will ensure that each bite has a gooey Reese’s center.
Let the brownie bites cool in the pan for a while before attempting to remove them. This helps them set and prevents them from falling apart.
If you plan to store brownie bites for an extended period, consider refrigerating them for up to two weeks or freezing them for several months. Wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and place them in an airtight container or freezer bag when freezing. Thaw them in the refrigerator when you’re ready to enjoy them again.
